BoxCue is currently in private testing. These quick checks cover the most common setup issues while the permanent support channel is prepared.
Camera does not open
Open BoxCue over HTTPS, allow camera access for app.boxcue.app, close other camera apps, and try the scanner again. Manual label-code entry remains available.
A QR label does not scan
Use bright, even light and keep the complete square code in frame. If the QR is damaged, enter the visible BoxCue code or attach an unused replacement Label.
Install option is missing
Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and visit app.boxcue.app directly. BoxCue also works in the browser without installation.
Printing is misaligned
Choose the matching sheet preset and print at 100% or Actual Size. Disable Fit to Page. Test one plain-paper sheet against the label stock before printing a full batch.
